If a student is struggling the first week of school, why suffer through a whole year and end up in summer school? Does this make sense? Why not get help immediately?

The Saturday School is a tutoring and mentoring program that enhances the academic performance and achievement of students grades 1 through 12. The purpose of the program is to accelerate students’ mastery of academics—specifically reading, language, mathematics and science.

On Saturday morning, from 9:00 am to 12 noon, our mentors work with students on core subjects and teach successful learning and studying strategies. Students desiring to improve or enhance their academic growth and achievement are encouraged and targeted for inclusion in this extended learning program.
